By accessing or using WaveGen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use WaveGen.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3. Service Description

WaveGen provides AI-powered creative tools including image generation, video creation, face transformation, AI character chat, and related features. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

4. Credits and Payment

Certain features require credits ("points"). Credits are purchased through our payment processor and are non-transferable. Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated for violation of these terms. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content depicting minors in any sexual or exploitative context
• Generate content for the purpose of harassment, threats, or defamation of real individuals
• Use the Service to create deepfakes or manipulated media intended to deceive, defraud, or harm
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, subject to the underlying AI models' terms. You grant WaveGen a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to operate the Service. WaveGen does not claim ownership of user-generated outputs.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, branding, and underlying technology are the property of WaveGen. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or our Content Policy, without refund of remaining credits. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

WaveGen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
